For over a decade, Komptech Americas had been a leading supplier of industrial waste and recycling equipment. With expanded capabilities, partnerships, and equipment lineups they needed a consulting firm to develop a comprehensive brand strategy to be used in marketing and as a strategic driver to develop a more viable brand and unified message as the company continued it's work as the most forward-thinking waste and recycling solutions provider.
 
Under the new brand name of Viably, GBHD worked to align internal teams, bring the new brand to vendors, partners, and customers, stand up a new website, and take Viably to market.

​Armed with the qualitative findings extracted from in-depth and comprehensive market research and stakeholder interviews, the GBHD team analyzed customer, cultural, and category trends, as well as the brand’s current strengths, to land a competitive, yet authentic new positioning and write a compelling brand story.​​

GBHD established a disruptive innovation framework to listen, learn, and leverage insights across a spectrum of methodologies and approaches.  From stakeholder collaboration sessions and brand ambassador coaching, we landed on taking the old Komptech Americas to market as Viably.

We chose the name Viably because that’s how they approach everything they do. From parts and service to rental and pre-owned machine sales -- Delivering Possible is in their blood.
